Your last paragraph's wording concerns me, especially the about valve guide problems developing within a couple of months after good compression and leakddown numbers. Where did you hear this?Please see what I consider to be the most reliable information on the Internet about 355 valve guides by someone I know who KNOWS what he is talking about.
