Can anyone recommend a mechanic in the Long Island New York City Area. I have a 1992 NSX.

I know its a litte far, but it seems everybody says Bernie from Davis Acura in Langhorne PA is one of the best NSX techs on the East Coast. www.davisacura.com. Good Luck

Larry is great and not only does a great job but can keep you entertained with his stories and knowledge of the car for hours.
Bernie is also a great mechanic and Davis acura supplies starbucks coffee and a internet cafe for its customers .
I would email Larry B first and then decide what to do if i was in your shoes.
Larry recently worked on two nsx's in long island ... changed a clutch n installed a tranny and exhaust in both cars ... the members where RUSS and Periokid.

I know this post ran a few years ago but has anything changed? I am looking for a reputable nsx mechanic on Long Island who comes recommended.
Would you ever call an acura dealer and go to their nsx mechanic?
I am looking to have timing belt/waterpump service and valves adjusted.
