NSX head swap

Tell if this crazy/stupid. I want DOHC VTEC V6 in an accord without buying an NSX motor. Could one take the DOHC VTEC head from an NSX C30A1 motor, and put it on the block of Honda Accord J30A1 motor. It's the only other 3.0 L V6 made by Honda that I know of. Could that work in an Accord, or am I on crack.
