Take a piece of fishing line or dental floss and run it under the emblem. If it's an aftermarket emblem it will slide all the way throug hand the emblem will come right off. If it's an oem one, the line will stop in the middle which will mean that it's secured with two pins and a washer under the bumper cover. I had mine removed and the holes filled in when I had my bumper repainted. I prefer the shaved look and have no visible Acura emblems on my car.
