NSX for Spring 2011

[RSX Type-S]

I'm looking at picking up an NSX the spring of 2011. I have all my ducks in a row but the timing this year is not right (ie. weather and days left this year for driving fun)

Price: prefer under $40k, but as long as it is reasonable priced for the model year
Year: doesn't matter, prefer 97+ (I've only test driven a 91 and it was awesome)
Mileage: low to average for the specified year and condition
Colour: doesn't matter, as long as it is OEM (ie. not ricer or purple)
Model: coupe preferred, but NSX-T fine as well
Model Preference:
1. Canadian Model
2. Imported US Model located in Canada
3. US Model

Other Notes:
- clean title/no accidents or rebuilds
- clean CARFAX (I'll still check anyways)
- prefer stock, or minor mods (ie. bolt-ons acceptable, no suspension mods)
- Naturally Aspirated
- no conversions, unless it is late model year OEM (ie. 02+) as I'll probably do a transmission conversion anyways if before 97
- up to date maintenance and records

Location: prefer Western North America or 1 or 2 day drive from Alberta, Canada as I'm willing to travel and make the purchase a vacation and road trip (the drive along the pacific coast would be outstanding).

Bump please as it is Spring/Summer 2011 and I am actively searching.

Forgot to add that after seeing a green one in Calgary, that green is not my cup of tea.

Colour preferences (not repainted):
1. White/Blk top
2. Red/Blk top
3. Blk, silver, blue, yellow, anything but green.
