Update on this car:

I spoke to Aaron (nwa300zx), the current owner. Here's some details:
+ The car is completely stock with the exception of SoS Clutch and Flywheel that he replaced when he purchased the car a year or so back.
+ The car has been in 2 minor (according to previous owners) accidents. 1) Hit and run - someone backed into the car in a parking lot. The front was repainted. 2) The owner took the car into a curb. Repaired well and no affect to the frame etc. when Aaron had it checked out.
+ Brand new tires all around
+ TB/WP are due but Aaron's NSX Tech said that he can wait until 100k if he wants to do it [I would recommend getting this done]
