Since these rainy new england weekends are keeping me from actually DRIVING my NSX, I've been taking the time to play with the color of the clock, radio, and climate control display windows. I changed them to blue and I think it looks pretty good as a contrast to the amber color of the other buttons. I replaced the amber diffusers in each with a cutout from two layers of of "primary blue" gel sheet (they're used to change the color of stage lights and you can buy them at any music store that sells stage lighting equipment.) Then I used a little RTV to hold them in place. The clock and climate control are pretty easy to do, the radio was harder because there's more delicate work to get to the diffuser and more potential to break something if you're not patient. here's the results (pics are a little blurry),

Thanks :D No need to change out LEDs to do this. The displays are actually white, they get their orange color because they shine through a transparent amber piece of plastic which is held in place with an adhesive. To change the color I had to remove the amber plastic piece and replace it with 2 sheets of the the blue transparency I bought.
