It was ONLY available from the Honda / Acura factory and ONLY sent to sent out to FIRST PURCHASERS in the US...after delivery of their car. Being a "first buyer was the ONLY way to get this piece of history. It was, and is, unavailable from any other source (never publicly published). Many first owners have kept the book, so second or later owners never even saw it.
