NSX at the track: smoke

Just found this: http://masterv.ch/AutoIndex/AdR06/MasterV.wmv

The NSX shows heavy white (?) smoke from the left exhaust. Oil or water or what? Seems very strange to me. Starts at 1:15. The following driver was quite proud of getting 'smoked' by an NSX.

Judging by what appeard to be water hitting the camera car's windshield I'd say it was a head gasket.
