It was personally not the best of experiences dealing with this vendor. He does not accept/honor refunds from unhappy customers. My "replacements" are unopened sitting in the junk pile in the garage. Sorry to hear about your experiences with the product.

I had such a lousy experience with this vendor and parts that i'm willing to give my "trunk struts" away for free. PM me.
