some people think they help performance,some don't and others just think of this as engine dressup. Personaly if we are talking about a race car with solid mounts and no play in anything then maybe but in a street car designed for engine/tranny movement this is more of a dressup item
I have the Blackend damper installed. I track the car alot. Both on the track and street, you can't really tell the difference EXCEPT it seems to shift into the next gear at WOT easier. I find that I can 3-4 shift much quicker and with more authority going down the front straight. Would I do it again? Eh.... probably not.

Thanks for the info. I wanted to check before I made the purchase. I found a site selling them for 106.00. After all the info, it sounds like it would be a 106.00 door stop. Better used on another item.
