My fledgling autocross career got off ot a start yesterday with a beginner's clinic here in Albuquerque. Lots of cool cars there, including a really nice old Ferarri 308. I'm really looking forward to the upcoming season now......we weren't competing yesterday, but it was a helluva lot of fun!

I'm running 17/18 Konigs (not sure of the model, they came on the car when I bought it.) I'm probably going to put racing rubber on my old 15/16 stock wheels and use them for the track days.

As for the springs, I'm running stock shocks and Eibach springs. If I have as much fun as I think I will with the racing, I'll probably go with some shocks that are more appropriate soon (Konis, Bilsteins, etc.) I like the lowered look, though, and I think the Eibach ride height is about perfect.

They look like Konig Villains. I have a set on my other car. Closeup here. I thought about getting a set for the NSX after I bought it early last year, but it appears Konig had discontinued them by the end of 2001.

Yep! That's them, all right. Not bad wheels, but I'm told the similar-looking 5-spoke SSRs weight a lot less.
