noobie question

once again... another noobie question...

i tried changing my e-mail address to my hotmail account and it said the administrator has banned the e-mail address, which is wierd because i'm a new member to this forum so there is no reason for that.. so i then tried my other e-mail address which is with google (gmail) and that e-mail account was banned too. i used the search feature and i couldn't pinpoint anything on this, and i read the support area and the faq's, but no help..what's the deal?...
