Noise coming from left low back of my NSX

Noise coming from left lower back of my NSX

I have noticed there are hissing noise coming from the exhaust tip area, left side, it is getting quite annoying.

whenever I step on the gas it make that noise, it is most noticeable on first gear, could this be exhaust leak?

any suggestions on how to get rid of this noise will be greatly appreciated.

Hissing could be an exhaust leak but could also be a vacuum leak or even a clogged air filter.

I have seen plugged catalytic convertors cause this type of noise. They will not let exhaust through, yet engine is pushing more new exhaust. Only place to go is out the closest flange where two pipes join.
