I've been think of changing a few things on my NSX for this year because she started looking dated with the Blitz Z2 5 star rim. Although I had to sacrifice the almost 5" lip on the rear I think this makeover is a welcome change.

I changed out the wheels to HRE 842R 18x8 & 19x10.5 Chrome Lip, brushed centres (Thanks Ben@Wheelsboutique). Replaced the stock brakes with the Brembo GT kit and changed the Taitec GTLW to the Ark Speed DT-S exhaust.

Here's the updated look.

One of the interior nothing new here but I may do new seat covers with yellow stitching and alcantra wheel and centers.

BTW the Blitz wheels may be for sale soon since they won't fit over the Brembo's, so if anyone isinterested PM me.

The car looks much newer now, those Blitz rims were old-school:wink: By the way, is that your backyard? Dang, playa:eek:

Sweet looking rims an I lover the overall look of the car. Ben has rimmed up my car and my Dad's NSX and there is nobody better than Ben when it comes to HRE's and the fitment. That 10.5 rear looks mean. I still am amazed when I look @ my Dad's rear tire and love the way it looks on the car. Beautiful car!

looks great johnny...

i just did a lot of mods myself... we should get together for a photo shoot...

Thanks for the compliments. Nathan, your car looks hot as well lets hook up one of these days.

The GTLW was butchered by a local shop when I was trying to add the tubi tips to the exhaust. The tips were welded bent and they cut the exhaust to shorten it so it would sit in the center of the spats on both sides instead of fixing the bad welding job on the tips. Nobody else wanted to touch it so I ended up buying the ARK (Which I actually like better). I still have the GTLW exhaust & may put it in the sale forums it will be good for someone who wants a DIY project.

The Blitz wheels are in my garage. They are almost perfect. Rims are mounted on Dunlop SP 9000 with more then 65% tread front and rear. They are 17x8 and 18x10. I will most likely sell them but don't have a price in mind. PM me any offers, otherwise I'll list them on Ebay.

The BBK is the Brembo Gran Tourismo kit. Also got them from Ben@wheelsboutique for an awesome price.

Regarding my yard, there is a "fake" big horse in the front yard. The horse and buggy are on top of the septic tank where the grass would either grow out of control or not grow at all. I ended up buying an old doctors buggy from the menonite community that I source work to and put it on top of the septic on stones for a different look and to solve the grass problem. It looked odd alone so I bought an ornamental cement horse from a precast company to complete the look. I constantly have cars stopping in front of the house to admire it.

Lovely car and yard, now if you don't mind, I will ask a few questions:

How do you like the Do-Luck front bumper?

Are those Marga Hills side skirts?

What brand are/is the rear valance/spats?

Cheers

I really was sure I was looking for a Monte Carlo Blue until I saw these pictures. I've admired your car for some time now but the modifications that you have done are absolutely first class. Yellow was 1) great to me at first, 2) just so-so after awhile but now 3) is back at the top of my list with MC Blue. The car is perfect! Great job.

awesome car man looks quite mean
alright who else is up for a meet at this guys place? hahaha just joking

There is some difference with the new brakes but I have not had a chance to test them to their potential. One of these days I have to get to the track.

The brake dust was more than stock for a few hundred km but seems to be becoming less with more use. Unless I'm not driving the car enough:frown:

Johnny - fake horse? Com'mon, it didnt look, or feel, sound, move or smell fake when I was at your place the other day.

People, that "fake" horse and "fake" buggy pull Johnny and whichever friends are over around his estate.

First they take you around back to the trout pond. Then to the gazebo where he has a fully staffed ice cream bar and wet liquor bar. Then if you want to go through the woods, they'll take you on the most amazing carriage ride you can imagine! Beautiful views! If you're staying at the guest house, the carriage will take you there after Johnny's chef serves you up award winning food.

Guess that food was "fake" too eh Johnny?

How are the brakes BTW? ;)
