Theoratically, that clinic should be going out of business. I mean, hide the sign or something!! I'm sure people won't be all proud walking towards the front door. If I were to go there, I'd put on a hat, cover up my face with a mask plus a pair of shades. Let alone parking my nice car in front of the building, I wouldn't even drive my beater there... 
Dang, they should've took the pic with wider angle len to include the Viper that's parked to the left of the Porsche!

are you sure this pic is not photoshopped? i don't think any clinic with this type of service would actually post up an obvious sign.
