It looks like a really clean car but priced a bit high. At first I thought it was a coupe and not a T-roof where as the price would be ok because they are so rare in the later models but it is a regular T-roof. Don't know the owner off hand unless it is someone on Prime who's car I can't immediately identify.

This is too high a price for a '98.

As I've been shopping, it seems like there are a few cases where someone purchases a vehicle, then turns around and sells it 2-4 years later for more. Did prices for cars go UP from then to now?

Yes NSX prices have gone up in the past 2-3 years. 2009 was a great time to buy any mid-priced sports car as people were panicking. I think cars sell faster now and for that reason sellers can ask more.
