I absolutely hate most of the kits that have fenders like this on the NSX, BUT this one is so subtle and so clean I think it looks amazingly good. This car gets my thumb up approval.

Good find makena88.

I like that rear wing that uses the existing sightline of the factory spoiler. It doesn't change the original lines of the NSX. Rear wing from BackYard (www.backyard.co.jp) It looks like it is adjustable so you can bring it back down to a stock appearance.

Who makes a rear fender that does not have the "crease" along the top?

AND YES - those front fenders are SWEET.

The Comptech and BN Sports kits both have factory looking wide rear quarter panels.

The front fender looks like the same one SOS use to sell when they first opened up. I think they were from Yokota (first design maybe?).

It's not adjustable. Sorry.

Correct, it's non adjustable.

Like Veleno said, Comptech does and the knockoff of that from Extreme Dimensions the GT300 both just flair out and make it look like its got a big booty.

cnc some slots on the side plates, now its adjustable!

If that would work - I can't see how it is mounted on the inside. I like the stock look of the NSX, and the BackYard wing, even if it cannot be adjusted, seems to blend into the stock lines much better than others I've seen, without coming through the middle of your rear view.

I used to have that wing and oved its appearance. It looked like an oem wing with a bit of extra kick ;) I sold it though because in the end I couldn't get my head around the fact that its purely for looks and not function.

Those are Yokota fenders. I have the same front fenders :)

Nice car btw!

Are the vents open? Is the paint on the door at risk of chipping from road debris?

The bottom edge of the front fender (by the door) where it butts up against the top edge of the sideskirt - how much further out from OEM does this stick out? Also, did Yokota ever make a version for the 02+?

It is vented and no the paint should not be at risk if your fender liner is retained.

Wouldnt you have to fab up your own liners? Since theyre wider than stock. I had to fab up new liners for my w/b since factory wouldnt fit.

I can't say, as my fenders were modified to fit the Marga Hills sideskirts.

But here are some pics of the fenders on a 2002

Humm...The fender looks more like it's the set made by Advanced/Flat Out... maybe someone can verify it. But if that's the case, it sticks out about 1/2 inch where it meets the side skirts.

Notice the difference between the 2 fenders? That's why I suggested that the red fenders are version 1 and the white are version 2. It could also mean Yokota has more than one style front fender available. If someone knows for sure let us know.

I guess it depends on the manufacturer. I too have a wide body on my car but my fenders were made to work with the oem liners, even though they're wider
