One way radio. It's an aftermarket antennae for my ICOM R-3 receiver. (I'm also a communications junkie in another life) Picks up everything from .5 khz to 2.5 Gigahertz range for audio and video INCLUDING police radio. I've tweaked and modified it to pick up both analog and digital which requires a "phat" antennae.
