with a good track pad, you have all the brakes you could need. the thing is you go through rotors and pads quicker, you will change your brakes less constantly with a big brake kit. the downside is higher cost and less availability when it comes time to change them. in the long run, brake temps will be lower, so there will be less wear on the wheel bearings, wheels, etc. coilovers you have are good enough, it all comes down to set-up and driver anyways. rear diffusor is an aerodynamic mod. i have a hard time believing it will do more than a big wing on the back. cant imagine it would hurt anything though. yes, i would recommend a big adjustable wing. the gain would be more rear downforce and more traction, which is very easy to utilize. final drive is nice, but that also affects your gears... say you are comfortably in 2nd gear in lower speed turns and 3rd gear in higher speed turns, this lower fd may force you to shift into 3rd or 4th, respectively. extra shift may make you lose more time than it is worth... think about this.
