G'day all! :)

Im a newbie here, so Ill try ask somewhat intelligent questions!

Im an administrator for the prelude club ( go honda! ) in Ottawa,
Ontario, Canada ( www.ottawaprelude.ca ) and my next
major purchase, if im lucky enough, is going to be an NSX!

Now I know a decent amount of info on these cars, but not
nearly enough as I want to, which is why I feel this site will
help fill that gap! Currently, I know preludes inside and out,
and my knowledge for learning about cars ( honda's in general )
will remain unquenched, and although I feel NSX's might be
a little too steep for my wallet at the moment, I know I will
end up w/ one in the long run!

Anyhow, as my first set of questions gets asked, I hope
they dont put me in position for laughter, as I might
be a veteran in the H22 category, but when it comes
to the C32s, Im as lost as domestic in fast & the furious!

1) whats the body code of the NSX? ( iE., 1997-2001 preludes were BB6 )
2) did the engine change in 1996? from a 3.0 liter to a 3.2?
( also upping the hp figure from 270hp to 290hp and lbs from 214lbs to 224lbs? )
3) RWD, mid-engine...body material = aluminum?
4) 6spd manual was introduced in what year? 1996 as well?

for now I think Ive asked more then I should have, but I look
forward to the replies and comments...and again, thank-you
for your time...I look forward to spending more time here and
learning all I can about these beautiful cars...:D

Well, Ive been reading all day and night...

Im getting quite familiar w/ the specs ( on paper )
and the engine types, colours per year, models, features,
recalls, do/dont's and technical aspect of the car...

so far, I must comment, the colour that stands
out to me is either Monaco Blue Pearl, Spa Yellow Pearl
or the Platinum White Pearl...they all look simply stunning!

the C30A block seems to be able to hold a great deal of
power in stock form, which is a far cry from what my H22A
can hold ( 6psi turbo and afterwards need engine work )

i'd really like to get my hands on a 6spd, but that dream
is a little far away for now...financially anyways, as my
next major purchase will be a house...but from what i
can tell, there were only some 7,500 X's ever made?
