New Track Season, So Time for New Helmet.........

In advance of NSXPO 2013, it was time to get a new helmet since my old one was Snell SA2000. Stayed with the Simpson Super Bandit, now an SA2010, but figured it was time to personalize it. Custom painted by Don Johnson at http://www.airbrushgallery.com/airbrush-artis.html

Waiting for the final clear coat to dry but here is the progress.......

Yup, but I stick with a classical style - - - strictly dogs playing poker and velvet elvises...........

Custom painting was $500 and the helmet was $475. HANS was $795.

Isn't that the color you just had your NSX wrapped in? That would help give your corner workers a much needed rest and avoid carpal tunnel syndrome.

LOL.... I may make a couple of small ones and put them on my fenders for that splash of color I was looking for before.
