Hey guys I finally decided to get a Prime account after years of looking. I bought my NSX about 5 years ago before i joined the military and haven't had a bad day with her since...well i have but we wont get into that. Shes a 93 and just about to hit 100k. Just resently had a build done by Driving Ambition with Science of speeds twin kit. I have about 1000 or so miles on the car now problem free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done! Very knowledgeable and great customer service. I have 2 settings 10psi and 15psi with 480 and 560whp respectively. The car is amazing! not sure how else to describe it! I almost creamed myself when i picked it up! So much fun! Im headed to button willow on march 10th for my first track day so wish me luck. I want to apologize in advance for the bad pics. Ill get some better ones soon. Hope to see you guys at some meets soon! sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Congrats and welcome, well scratch the welcome you've been enjoying her for 5yrs

Ryan? Is that you? If so, come by PO to say hi :)

If not, you use the same screen name as a member of one of the forums I am on.

VERY nice NSX. I love what you've done with it.

I actually just picked one up last week, so I'm part of the club!

I'll be out at Buttonwillow on the 10th with my Prelude. I'll see you there!

Nope Im not Ryan. Ive been insanely busy trying to get the car ready for the weekend. I havent been having a lot of fun with it. Ill see you there! what group you running in?

Its sos twin kit and i had driving ambition build the engine. Ill post a full specs and parts list of the car when i get the time this weekend. Ive been running around with my head cut off all week.

Sorry for the slow response on the build been pretty busy. I suck at this but here it goes..I asked driving ambition for their stage 1 engine build. Not sure how much shes built to handle but i have around 600 at the engine so shes tough:smile: This is the car are it sits not including old mods.

Engine
JE pistons, Bush rods, bearings, seals, apr head bolts, MSL gaskets etc...Comptech exhaust and Clutch masters 6 puck clutch
and of course SOS twins kit. I went with the 28s incase i wanted to increase the power down the road.

Suspension/Brakes
SOS JIC coilovers
NSX-R front chassis reinforcement
Stoptech front bbk

Interior
Nothing except cheap shift knob and boost level switch

Originally i had a BBSC on a non-built motor and had around 380 I think. I purchased it from a friend of mine after he took it off his car. I had my first ever track day on the 10th and i have to say it was one of the funnest things ive ever done! Definitely be doing it again probably soon. I was in the beginners group so it was pretty slow and i couldnt get a decent lap time due to not being allowed to pass anyone but its was still awesome. My friend took this pictures and some came out better then others.

Looking good. Love the Buttonwillow shots. Need to get my NSX back up there. Only been to Streets of Willow lately with the NSX...

Pardon my ignorance, but I've never driven on a track. Why do some of the cars have their lights covered with what appears to be blue painter's tape?

I do it to protect the glass/plastic from cracking from the rocks and debris that gets kicked up from the cars ahead of me.
When cars go off the track and come back on, they bring tons of dirt & rocks onto the track. If you're following someone at 100mph down the straight and the car ahead of you goes through it, they kick it up all over your car...

Last time i was at the track, a car put the rear wheel off the track and I was right behind him. He kicked up a huge rock into my windshield... Unfortunately for me, I hadn't got the chance to tape up my windshield so it cracked..

Yes they are stacy side skirts. I made a bracket to hold them up so it wouldn't sag at all. Im planning another track day in mid april some time. Not sure which track yet. not sure what speed ventures offers around the time im looking. Just ordered stoptechs for the rear. The rear bads were fading quick. I had to cut my day a little short.
