Hello!
I am new to the NSX forum and am down in Southern CT, along the shore.
At present I do not have an NSX. My fair weather (Remember That?) car is an ERA Replica Shelby Cobra 427 SC. This car was built by ERA back in 1992 and has a 427 Side Oiler, Ford Toploader 4 speed Trannie. Essentially everything on the car is correct as it was a replica build. The Cobra is quite a torque monster of a car. Pretty hard to drive slowly as the rear end gears are 3.31's so it likes to lurch under 8 MPH. You can see pictures of it on my website.
My daily driver is a Chrysler Crossfire 6 speed. Frankly a very nice car, quick, and quite thrifty on fuel. It is quite fun as a daily driver and it handles very well.
My other cars are a Lexus SC400 from 1993, this two door coupe' was mine and now my son pretty much does the driving of the Lexus. Another very fine car with the V8 power and perhaps one of the smoothest shifting automatic trannies on earth. It now has 143K miles on it and is still going strong and dependable.
I sure would enjoy catching up with the New England group of NSX owners once the weather turns nice (say in 5 months)!
