First I have to give Major Props to Erick (evof575gtc) for putting together a supurb wheel kit.

Sparco Faster D Cut Leather Wrapped 330 MM Steering Wheel

It came to me ready for plug and play, about 1 hour installation time and most of that was reading directions to make sure that I had pins plug in right.

I also got the Honda Horn NGR quick Release Hub and Cruise control Buttons which work great!

SO thank you very Much Erick for the Wheel and for the NSX-R floor Mats!

What does that setup go for....? Looks superb, except you need to vacuum that floor mat...haha j/k

That thing looks so thick I just wanna squeeeeeze it

what did this setup run you cost wise? I like how it's a bit smaller at 330mm vs. the normal Momo's that are 350mm.

I really like the look...I'm worried that in my non-power steering NSX, the smaller wheel may make it too much of a pain to park.

I may just have to give it a shot and see.

Actually it's pretty thick padding. Makes steering easy.

I'm worried that the smaller diameter will make it really hard to turn the wheel when the car is barely moving. Are you saying that it's thick enough to counter some of that?

I have a 350mm wheel on there now...the effort isn't bad, but I can't say I'd want it any worse....

Any trouble seeing the guages/etc with it?

There is no issues seeing the gauges and it allows you to have the wheel one click lower because of the D cut out of the bottom of it which for me imporoved visability to the dash. The white Stitching matches the dash perfect and the feel of the wheel with its thick padding is really awesome feeling! Very confidence inspiring to drive the car with this wheel!

Us guys with the older cars don't have the cool white stitching....or the power steering that you have. :frown:

I think I may give it a shot anyhow...time to go re-list my momo wheel again and see if it sells.

After seeing these pics, I need to get rid of my truckish steering wheel ASAP.
Looks excellent BTW. Good job. Does SRS light on?

here's an alternative for you guys that want a similar thick grip steering wheel without the white cross stitching and the D-cut

excellent for guys with bigger hands.
it has a great padded feel that wont turn your knuckles white
MOMO Monte Carlo. 320mm. black leather w/black stitching. light weight
unique oval thick grip all the way around.
its thick from the side view.

replying to synth19 I love my personal wheel on my Z. It has some red stitching that is great, especially for those with a red theme.

I like your taste and steering wheel. well everything in the car.

I just installed my Momo Tuner 320 with Sparco hub. Wow, what a difference in weight, steering, and feeling. Now it feels like I'm driving a Go-Kart with the manual steering and all. It actually turns much easier now when I make a U turn and back into my drive way. SRS lights does not come one if you wire it right.

It was well worth it. If anyone decides to DIY, get the Sears T-30 Torx(star) bit that is attached to the rachet socket. Any cheaper/ off brand, will for sure strip the screws. Also the obvious, dis-connect battery 1st.
