Previously sold as the Centerforce clutch, we're making some changes - notably the addition of new factory clutch disc centers using upgraded friction liners and upgraded pressure plate clamping force. This clutch keeps the factory's low moment of inertia design for quick engine spin up.

This clutch is a great upgrade to the factory clutch for customers with superchargers or natural aspiration cars making up to 380-400 hp who do not want to have a heavy clutch pedal.

How's it compare to the comptech? I can't recall which one is in my car now, just that it's a comptech.

The Powergrip clutches are equivalent to the RPS Stage 1 clutch in feel and performance (price is lower however). This clutch has a much softer pedal effort (just slightly firmer than stock). The clutch is rated for 350 lb/ft. These work great in cars producing up to 380-400 hp.

This can be made to work on your car, however, note this is a twin plate clutch. You will need the NSX-R input shaft to install this on a 6-spd car.
