New owner soon, looking for Vancouver shops

Hello all. I'll be flying down to Texas to pick up an '04 NSX-T next week. I've been looking for shops to do a bit of work. The only recommendation I've found is Burrard Acura. Any others? Preferebly in Richmond?

Things I am looking to do:
1. Install DRLs. I want them properly installed, not something jury-rigged just for inspection. Since the car has the fixed headlights, I am assuming it is just a DRL module that needs to be installed? Is the wiring already in place?

2. Aftermarket clutch. Probably not for a year or two, but this is something I am looking to do down the line.

3. General maintenance and stuff.

Also, does anyone have recommended shops for both federal and provincial inspections? I would rather not bring the car to Canadian Tire. Don't really trust them.

One more thing: Do I really need a child seat anchor? Isn't there a law against having a child seat in the front?

To answer your questions,
You can install DRL by installing a module .
I can supply / install numerous brands of aftermarket clutch.
I can also help when it comes to service
I can do the provincial ,but you still need to bring it to a federal inspection facility , I would not worry too much about canadian tire , I understand you not trusting them , but when I have brought cars there for federal , they do not drive or even bring the car inside , they only need to check airbag labels , and a few other visuals , it is not very in depth.

Oh , and ther child seat anchor is just a technicality , most times , you just need it in the package , to show them!
