Hi there!

I am the happy new owner of an NSX in my favourite color combination black on ivory.

The car is fully stock except for KW v3 coilovers.

All original paint except front air dam.

Purchased on BAT:

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1991-acura-nsx-77/

I imported it to Switzerland and it is currently undergoing registration with the Swiss DMV.

I am the 4th owner.

Plans are to leave it fully stock, except for maybe changing the headers at some point.

Simon

PS: In the comments on BAT, there was a user stating he owns #1937 . Quite a weird thaught that these cars were likely right next to each other in the assembly line three decades ago.

Hello and Welcome!

Very very nice example you have there. As a fellow BB/Ivory owner, your interior makes me jealous!!

Hope you can connect with some other European owners, and I hope to get to Switzerland one day!

Enjoy it!

Welcome aboard!
Looks very nice - I remember this on BAT.
Trunk mat is nice (no longer available I believe), looks like you got a "duffle bag" but no car cover to go with it... oh well. Recent services done and
interior appears very very nice.
And, KW3's.

Congrats on your new purchase. That is a pretty color combination.
Have fun.

Be sure to post photos of your NSX in its new home. I've been to Europe before, but not Switzerland. :)

Congrats on your new car, it seems like you will need to do some polishing to restore the beauty of this vehicle.
I am looking forward to seeing photos once you have it at home.

Hi there!

I have already done that. Detailing is a hobby of mine. Here are the results of washing, claying, polymer sealing (meguiars #21 ), and carnauba waxing (meguiars pure carnauba).

You are very good at your hobby. The shine looks great. It looks like a mirror.
Glad you are enjoying your new car.

here some „mirrory“ pics of the NSX i took while i was detailing it.

Indeed! Those are some great examples to highlight the flawless paint. Such a nice looking car deserves a good detail.

Since you enjoy washing and detailing your car, I would like to highlight the rear coils. Not sure if you know this, but when washing the car, watch out for water rolling off the rear glass. Water will drip on the rear valve covers and may enter the coil packs. If water does enter the coils, you will have misfire problems. New ignition coil gaskets will protect water from entering.

Happy motoring.

Wow, Switzerland is very pretty. Your car fits right in.
I see you are taking a lot of road trips with your new car. That's great.

I think this makes a good BaT success story. :)
