This is going to seem like strange timing but I've been working for over a week to consolidate the information from over a dozen threads on the topic of changing coolant hoses and didn't know until this week that it was also going to be a topic in the most recent NSXDriver magazine. I haven't compared the two but I assume there will be some common recommendations. However, the Wiki page has information that the article doesn't such as diagrams of parts and plenty of hard-earned tips. And, of course, it will be available to all Prime users. Nearly everyone says it's not an easy DIY project but could save you $700-900 worth of labor costs. I hope having all the tips in one place makes it easier.
