I have just joined the club of NSX owners with my purchase of a low miles '92 last week. Been a follower of American muscle cars for the past 8-10 years. Currently have a 1974 Corvette Roadster and a 1968 Chevelle SS396 sharing space in the garage with the NSX (along with a Harley FXR, a Yam FJ1200, and a Jeep CJ8 that needs a new motor).
I was looking for a little more refinement and reliability without sacrificing any of the adrenalin rush. The NSX seems to fit the bill nicely.
We're planning a trip up to the north Geprgia mountains end of this month. Can't wait to see how the car handles those roads.

If there are any events or tours in the central Florida area, I'd be interested attending, just send me an email.

Thanks

redfisher,

I suggest you join NSXCA. Florida has a very active chapter run by Wei-Shen Chin. A lot of events and track days!! Go here: www.nsxflorida.com and check it out.

Welcome to NSX ownership.

Thanks for the welcome. My parents live up in Palm Coast, near Jax. Looks like there are several other NSXers in that area, maybe we can get together for a run. My brother lives up in that area as well, I'm sure he'd love to get his Lotus out and mix it up.

Just got back from a ride in the car with my wife. Not sure she appreciates what kind of car this is. It just does everything so smooth and effortlessly. Might need to take it up into the VTEC for her a little more. Or get her back out in the vette and shake her up a bit.

I'm in Daytona Beach. Just got my NSX a few months ago and have been enjoying it thoroughly. Unfortunately I was out of town for the weekend of the Summer Basch. I'd love to get together and meet up with some other central Florida NSX'ers.

Regarding the Basch supercharger, I just happened to be driving by Fournier's shop in Orlando last month when I noticed their sign out front, "June is Acura NSX Supercharger month". I happened to be right in the middle of the search for my NSX so I stopped in to see what was up. I ended up meeting a real nice fellow named Nick from Basch Boost. He was installing a supercharger on a '91 from Georgia. Learned a lot about the car and the Basch supercharger during that visit. Looks like a real clean application. Definately on the top of my wish list now.
