To answer your questions:
The other cars are a 2007 Honda Odyssey (love it) and my wife's company car. Not a Honda, but the price is right!
The house is 4700 sq ft.
I am able to have this house and car because:
1) I have worked my butt off in the hi-tech industry for 30 years
2) My wife also works in the hi-tech industry, so we are a two-income family
3) The house is in Arkansas, we're no longer in California. This house is 1/2 the cost of same in CA. But remember, its in Arkansas...would you wanna live here? At least the windy roads are real nice.
4) We don't really "own" either the house or the car yet...we are a typical American family...we have loans!
