There is a small article in the latest issue of Motor Trend that gives the spec's of the new Acura RDX. The article says the new Acura will have a 2.2L turbo engine producing 260hp and that it'll also be sporting SH-AWD. This is honda's first production turbo charged gasoline vehicle according to Motor Trend. Now how about we imagine the next gen NSX with a 3.5L turbo pushing 550hp!!!

Had to grab my copy to take a look and you're right.. page 22..

Hope it isn't too little too late..

They must mean imported to the USA? Honda has had a few turbocharged 4 cylinder production engines and at least 1 6 cyliner turbocharged engines in the past, only it was always left in Japan or for Europe. None ever made it to the North America.

yes but arent those 4 cylinder turbo cars in japan diesel?

I'm not sure, but there still was the Wing turbo Legend Sedan. It was a 2.0L Turbo V6 gas engine. Tuned for economy rather than performance, but still a production turbo engine.
