Hi everyone.

Figured I should "officially" introduce myself.My name is Alex from Houston,TX.Im a long time lurker and somewhat poster since I finally made an account here.

I just recently bought a black NSX after Thoang on here sent me a txt saying I just had to look at this car for sale.lol.Talk about peer pressure! I am very into cars and the import car scene.Some of you might recognize me from other forums mainly the s2k forum.And I have met some nsx owners on drives before.Im the guy with a gold turbo on my s2k.

But anyways my NSX should be here like next week or so.I wont be attending any meets anytime soon though since im getting to work on the car as soon as it gets here.Basic plans for the car are...

-Complete paintjob with a non stock color
-New side skirts since it doesnt have any
-HRE wheels
-Put a motor in it since it heartless!
-New front bumper

Once it arrives I will get to the stripping process.Im keeping the Taitec rears but that Taitec front is gonna get ditched along with the oem seats.Its gonna be a nice project for sure.Since I plan on getting crazy with it this was a good buy for me rather than tearing apart a perfect condition NSX.

Looking forward to meeting you guys once I get this thing on the road.

Look forward to seeing the final product. You may want to come to the meets anyways, just to become more familiar with the cars and the mods. I'm sure you can get a few ideas by seeing what everyone has done to their cars.

glad u got one man....its always great to add more to the gang. The best group of NSXs in the country are all right here starting with Adams and all the way through Chris, David,Dennis,Gil,Greg Z,Henry,Jason, Jeff, Johnny,Jose,Luis,Matt,Neel, Nick, Rahem, Tony,and of course Z!!!!

Anyone wanna give out some suggestions on what color to paint my car? Its not even here yet but im already pulling my hair out thinking about it. :biggrin: I already got a set of wheels in mind.

You know what they say. " opinions are like asshole, everyone has one".
Well by asking opinions on what color to paint your car you are opening the door so beware!!!!!

White seems to be the one of the most rare and sought after colors because of the NSX-R. Imola orange right there on the top of the list. BUT, I think you are asking for something a lil different. I have put quite a bit of thought to this because I have to repaint next year and have considered a color change. Even tho I'm not a huge fan of green in general this is the color I have on top of my list. It is very sought after in the Lambo world and coveted just like white and Imola here, its called * Verda Ithica *

They do have a slight curve to them.And yup they have those widths ready to be assembled.The only thing is maybe not enough inner clearance.Im gonna have to do some serious measuring and what not.What sucks is the only person I know with a 13 wide wheel also has a -39 offset on it! SO with that it wont be such a good wheel for test fitments. :tongue: Its the Abflug widebody Supra of the group that you saw before.

Greg that Ithica Green is hot.As for white cars that is my color.Just about all of my cars have been white pearl.I noticed a lot of members that post pics all wanna do NSX-R replicas.That is why im going to steer away from white this time.

And I hate to say it since you guys might love the oem body but I love this conversion.

Ok I got some good ideas going now with loud colors going.

I dont think I will be selling the NSX anytime soon though.Its a car I had been itching to buy for a while.Im just gonna say screw it and get buried it in when its my time. :tongue:

That kit reminds me of the 360 Modena.Looks pretty badass imo.Im having trouble finding kits I like myself.I dont know about that particular kit thats posted but the best site I found so far is from the UK.

I havent checked but im really hoping they ship to the US.Aside from that there is Science of Speed but they dont carry many bumpers.
