So what's involved with this?? Is it just a cone filter that sits inside the air box? What pieces come with this kit? Is it louder, etc??

I'm all for the cold air intake stuff, since I have the scoop in my fender well...what's the advantage of this over a uni filter?

it filters more crap out of the air than the UNi. I will have another version with the APEXi filter out next week for $40 more as it filters best.
