FINALLY!!! Sorry for the delay everyone. My time with you guys in the USA left me a huge backlog of work, and now Christmas is approaching so video editing has had to take a backseat.

This is a TEASER video of things to come: no promises on the completion date. It's called a teaser because at the end you'll hopefully say "that was cool" but you'll also be peed off coz you want more! :D

(sorry about the filesize, but i didn't want to compromise on visual OR audio quality. It's big for a 2:15min clip but I think you'll agree it's worth it :D )

i can see somebody is trying to access this, but it's being closed by the remote socket. if you're having probz... post and complain. :)

again, there is no "anonymous" user and don't use the client built into Internet Explorer... it's evil and doesn't work. :)

How do those of us who are computer/video illiterate, as you know I am, watch this? I only know how to click on a link or upload first to watch a video like this.

I'll be posting a newbie-friendly link in a couple of hours. :D Sorry for any grief you may have encountered... but the reason it's not hyperlink is so IE doesn't try to use it's hopeless built-in FTP client (and hence cause more grief). Looks like only eight people have successfully downloaded it and not many have tried.

Couple more hours of 'teasing' to go...
 
Where do I download this from? I don't see a hyperlink or anything.
 
I appear to connect, but, while waiting for a response, my ftp client times out and fails.
 
I tried downloading the core ftp, but that link doesn't work. I don't think it will matter anyway, since this is a work computer and I can't download stuff like that. I'll just have to wait.:frown: :smile:
 
This is what I did.

Go http://www.inicom.net/pages/en.ffxp-beta.php. Click on Download beta 3.4b icon in top left side of page. Tell windows to run from here. This will install a 30 day version of FlashFXP to do ftp transfers. Answer the question screens, and uncheck the Internet Explorer add in check box. Check run FlashFXP when finished, and finish the install screens. When FlashFXP starts, click session, then transfer mode, then binary. Click Session, quick download. Copy and paste the site address from Neo's post above, and type in nsxpo in both the id and password lines. This will show a parent folder in the right window pane, with the video and Neo's note as files below the parent folder. Highlight the .wmv file, right click and choose transfer. It takes a long time.

Make sure your firewall is set to allow this program to send and receive. Enjoy.

Please note that some ftp clients wont take the port addition.

port (normally 21 for ftp) has to be set to 1337 and the hostadres will be just the IP: 220.237.132.219
(as shown in the pic above)

Thankx for the ftp client Neo, looks pretty good.

nah, that NSX looks like it was driving over the speed limit and making a lot of noise; hence disturbing the peace... you'd *NEVER* do that. ;)

I was going to suggest this as well ...... thanks Neo for the Vid and thanks Martin for uploading this to YSI.

YSI is only good for 25 hits Rapidshare.de is a better if there are going to be alot of users accessing it.
