Need to test shock absorbers - Vancouver area

I have two sets of OEM shocks 92 and 98 and I'm going to mount Tein-S Tech springs on one of the sets.

One of the 92 front shocks looks like it is leaking a bit.
I believe the 98 shocks have a higher compression rating

Is there a shop in the lower mainland that has a rig that can check shocks?

This will help make sure I use the right set of shocks

If all the shocks are good any suggestions on the 92 set vs. the 98 set?
