I've heard this nonsense before, but never read much about it. I wonder if there is any truth to this claim....
My guess is that there is probably some truth to it, but this guy will probably get nowhere with this in the courts. If his allegations are true, this sounds like something the Supreme Court should hear, although I doubt it would ever get to that level.
