Need Recommendations for Stereo shop or installer in Socal?

Guys...can someone give me some recommedations on a Stereo shop or installer who can put in a Double Din Unit? I've seen some pretty ass looking double din installs out there, so please recommend someone decent?

I don't know of any "shops" in our area that I would trust. I'm sure Malibu Rapper can suggest a few out in the LA/OC area. nsxnitro has helped a couple of prime members out our way (I think he is in temecula?), and from what I understand, does great work. I sent him a PM last week, because I want to get mine started, but he hasn't been on in a while. Good luck, and let me know what you come up with, because as soon as I receive the CF console I will be looking to start my install...

Exquisite double-din install of an AVIC-D3 + all goodies and carbon-fiber console and door inserts on my NSX. Later, everybody at Keyes Acura Service ended up sitting in my car marveling at the OEM look of the work.

I cannot recommend them more highly. (Also, they are very fond of NSX's)

Ask for Nalaka, tell him John Wolff sent you. (I'll be posting pictures soon, so that all may drool.)

They had my car for three weeks, but that was partly due to finding the perfect carbon fiber subcontractor. The actual carbon fibering took about a week (as each layer had to cure.) The results were beautiful.

Essentially Automotive Entertainment removed my OEM center console, carefully modded it to contain a double-DIN face with ashtray delete, then sent it along with -- yes -- my door inserts on for fiber'ing.

Upon return they flush mounted my 3rd party gauges, bluetoothed the car, and added a video ipod cradle to the inside of the center console box. (Microphone went up at the corner of the driver A-pillar and the roof.)

Essentially the damn thing looks like a JDM option from Honda. A little pricey, but worth it. Robert and Nate are perfectionists and tweeked things until I was satisfied, no additional charge.

Another place is Automotive Entertainment of Pasadena (not directly related to the one in Santa Monica). They did my gold Legend and the 540 (as well as alarm installs on my green Legend and a couple of other cars). Talk to Mike. Just let him know that I sent you.

Beach Auto Sounds in Huntington Beach. Ask to speak to Tom, the owner. He's a real knowledgeable and straight up guy who's got tons of experience, and I wouldn't hesitate taking any car there.
