I need to get a good close up picture of the front lower valence and give it to my body shop so they can see exactly where to paint it and where to leave it black. I had to have mine replaced, and they tossed my old one.

Would really appreciate it if someone could do this.

I believe the entire lower valance is colour-matched to body colour - only the very bottom lip (seperate piece) remains unfinished (black) as purchased from Acura.
You can see some options in This Thread including a front pic of mine with the centre bar painted black, which makes it "disappear" somewhat - in that case, paint the bar & the vertical stanchions black. My shop clear coated the whole thing after shooting the colour bases. (Ignore the WW lips & imagine the stock lip, black below.

Looking for a close-up for the the vertical slats to see where the black paint begins and the red paint ends. Would like to restore the valence to exactly the way it was from the factory.

I would have sworn that stock lower valance was all body colour, including the vertical stanchions - I had to go looking for myself to prove one way or other & think I was mistaken! It appears the stock stanchions are black - I can appreciate why you would want to retain originality.
I found one example of Sayonara's excellent car which shows a pretty good low front view - it was posted here before so hopefully that is OK with you Sayonara - Another chance to see his fine car!
Cut & paste the hyperlink into a new browser window (Imagestation won't let you link directly, so don't click on it!) for full size, high res pic. If you ensure your browser does not "shrink to fit" or simply download that full size image, you might get the detail you are looking for.

or lesser quality, smaller pic below.

When I think about it I believe the horizontal parts above & below the stanchions is also black i.e behind the ridge at the front of the stanchions.
Maybe I should just shut-up & let some-one with a stock bumper take a close-up for you!

I checked - looks like only the vertical pieces are black - everything else is painted the color of the car.
