Need help with fuse part number

I need to replace my motor blower fuse. It is a 30A fuse but looks different than the normal fuses. It appears to be screwed in on both sides instead of inserting it. I called my local Acura dealership and they side it was part # 38211SM4003. I looked it up and that is the wrong part. Anyone know the correct part number?
