I have a Zoom engineering monaco rearview mirror given to me by a buddy of mine. The plate and screw are missing. Tried making one but didn't work out too well, don't want to crack the windshield..i have read a thread about cracking the windshield while installing the type of mirror..
i've look at zoom engineering website..they have a fitting kit but it's also $42+shipping from japan... $42 for a plate and screw seems extremely outrageous don't you think?
looking for an alternative..if anyone have one or know of a place to get one please let me know..
