Need Help- Installed NRG short hub-Once I attach the quick release the horn goes off!

I installed the NRG short hub tonight (retained cable SRS). There are two yellow connectors (3 pin and 4 pin). I jumped the SRS light (no light). I tapped into the 2nd pin on the 4 pin connector (horn). I ran the horn wire to the quick release wire (yellow). I then ran the black wire on the quick release to ground on the hub. The ground I used was the metal gasket ring that goes between the short hub and the quick release.

Now, the problem is......Once I put the other side of the quick release together the horn starts to go off! I can take the contacts from the horn and connect them to the 2 points and it works correctly (no constant horn). Once I put the horn and the quick release together the horn goes off???

I think I may have wired it wrong. Maybe the ground I used is incorrect??? Any suggestions?

when i put my quick release on upside down, my horn sounds. sounds like there is a mix up in your wiring.

I thought of that too. So I changed the contacts around and still the horn goes off. My neighbors are gettin' upset.
