I am planning a track event on Artic Circle Raceway
I have been to that track on two events with Club Honda Norway in 2002 and 2003. We had no instructors or anything on those events.
This time we would like to get more out of the event. I am not sure how many instructors we will get from the local car club. But it is up to me to tell them what we want. I do not think that they have too much experience as instructors thoug, but they know the track a lot better than us.
So I need some help from you guys. We will have the track from morning until evening.
This is what I could think of at the moment:
Check of cars for oil leak and things like that
Classroom session with how to overtake, how to behave and stuff like that. Then a bend for bend "walkthroug" of the track with tips on what to be aware of.
Then to the driving. As much driving with the instructor in your car. Instructor gives feedback as you drive.
Can anyone help me out with a good "What to do and how to do it" on a track event like this? Any sites on the web with a "Plan a trackevent for dummies" or anything?
TIA for any help in planning this event. Maybe we will be 4 NSX'es there and a number of ITR's and more.
