Need help finding window reggulator black plastic guides

The small black plastic glides (pada) that were on my window regualtor are damaged and need replacement. They are small (approx 1/2 in. x 1/4 in.) pads that ride on the block that the "fixit thingies" go into. The dealer doesn't sell these pads and is quoting $600+ to replace the whole regulator.

Does anyone know where I can buy these plastic pads???

My sindow was moving slowly and "popping". Now that the regulator is out, I can detect resistance in the front of the window. Do I need to replace those guides or can I just spray some silicone lube onto the aluminum track???

Do you need all 4?

I've given away 2 of these from an old regulator. If you only need one or two, PM me with your mailing address. Otherwise, you can post a WTB ad for a broken regulator (which should be pretty cheap).
