so, i'm finally putting my car back together (after receiving my 2nd clutch), and i've decided to also replace my CV and ball joint boots.
The CV boots actually look pretty good, but i found a tiny pinhole in the pass side outboard boot.... so i'm replacing them all. that being said, i remember reading that Larry B did a really good writeup about replacing the CV boots.... can anybody help me find the link to this writeup? i tried to find it, but have been unsucessful
also, while separating the ball joints (yeah, i know now that i shoudln't have), i squished a boot. so i decided to replace all of the ones i messed with (LCA and TCA). only problem is.... the one that really needs replacing ..... the ball joint won't separate. what would you guys do? i'm afraid of popping the ball joint.... but i have to to change that boot  again.... any advice/procedure that you guys have would be helpful
i know both of these parts are covered in the service manual, but i'm super paranoid and want to make sure i see a couple different sets of instructions to fully understand what's going on, cause i don't wanna end up wrecking something (esp with expensive parts like these)
