Need help,any info about this car JH4NA1150MT002188

This car is for sale here in prime, a 91 black with around 6xxxx miles, only problem disclosed is that the AC went out.

Now the problem is that the seller said it has a clean title, but when i checked the vin on carfax came back as a salvage title, i asked the seller and he said that he didnt know it was salvage (it shows on carfax that the title was "washed" in NY many years ago.

Anyways my questions is.......he's asking $22500 OBO with a "clean title"

Now that the car shows a salvage title how much its a fair price for it,also how much to fix the AC?

for a nsx with clean title and a little high miles yuo can get 22K range with no stories.

Might wanna look into why it was considered salvage.Big difference if it was lets say stripped when stolen compared to it being split into 2 in an accident then rebuilt.If I got a good deal on a theft car,the title status wouldnt bug me so much.
