I AM IN NEED OF THE PASSEGER FRONT UPPER A-ARM BUSHING. THIS IS THE BUSHING IN THE CROSSMEMBER ASSEMBLY (BUSHING BEHIND STRUT) CAN THIS BE CHANGED WITH OUT THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
THANKS
NSX24

The "whole" assembly is made up of three major components:

Beam Fr. Cross- 50300-SL0-010
Bracket Assy, R. Fr. Cross - 50310-SL0-A01
Bracket Assy, L. Fr. Cross - 50320-SL0-A01

Sounds like you need the second part: 50310-SL0-A01 (right one)

You can check the parts catolog on line here to verify the parts:

I do not believe anyone makes a replacement bushing for this. I would suggest calling ERZ in NYC for a used replacement.

Thanks for the response Larry. You are so right about the part I need. I can get it for $538 my cost from the Acura dealer here in Utah. But I am confused, what bushings do the comptech bushing setup change? and do you happen to know a # for ERZ in NYC ?
thanks

nsx24,

Comptech bushings are for the rear beam:). They also sell race parts to change bushings in the lower arms at the knuckle end of the arm ONLY. Niether of these parts will address your issue,

Tony Tibor or Joe Toth

They can be tough to get a hold of. Also look in the "Parts for Sale" forum. They (ERZ) post periodically and you can PM then if you like.

The new part is an upgraded design

Be aware that a used part might be bent. Want mine cheap? It looks fine but it's not quite straight. Even right next to new one it's hard to see the problem.

The new part is beefier (solid rather than hollowed out) at the outermost section. I don't know when this change was made, but I'd bet it was due to too many bent lower arms.
