Need confirmation on 91 injector 0-ring and seal part numbers

I'm sending my 1991 injectors to RC for service and need to order the o-rings, cushion seals, crush washers etc. for the reinstall.

Larry B says the part #'s are:

1991-94

16472-PH7-003 seal ring
16473-PD6-000 cushion ring
16474-PH7-000 metal insulator
91301-PM7-003 o-ring

DanO says the part #'s are:

1991-94

Qty. 6, 16472-PH7-003 seal ring
Qty. 6, 16473-PD6-000 cushion ring
Qty. 6, 91301-PD6-003 o-ring
Qty. 4, 90428-PD6-003 crush washer

Delray Acura parts fiche says:

1991

16472-P0H-A01 seal ring
16473-P10-A01 cushion ring
16474-PH7-000 metal insulator
91301-P2F-A01 o-ring
90428-PD6-003 crush washer

Could someone please confirm the correct part numbers for me

Both er the same, P0H is made by NOK and PH7 by Otsuka so both are identical just different suppliers.

I'm reviving this old thread cause I am planning on doing a fuel injector service soon on my 1991 by sending the injectors to RC. I've read on some forums that RC replaces some of the O-rings, but there is no confirmation. Did others who have done this service also replaced all the O-rings listed below? If not, which ones did you replace?

RC will put new O rings. I ordered OEM set earlier so I used that.

make sure you get a before and after sheet on them. most before should be about 220 or less. people that injector cleaner you put into your gas tank is fake..... it doesn't clean anything but your wallet.

you need new ones or send them to be cleaned by some pro's. all that Octane booster, cleaners, anything you add to your gas tank is fake. the only thing that will actually do something is SEAFOAM. you can buy it at any parts store.
