Need (broken) factory head unit

One of the switches that is operated by the 1-8 buttons on the front of my factory head unit (stereo) has stopped working.

It is just the tiny switch inside that is broken, but I'm unable to locate (so far) a similar switch.

So if you've got a broken head unit chances are it's got at one of these in it that is good... I might settle for a working head unit, but don't want to pay a lot of money if I can avoid it...
