Last night a careless but honest motorist backed into my NSX.:frown: He took out the left headlight, bent the leading edge of the hood, and dented the left quarter panel. Could have been worse. Anyone know of a good body shop that works with aluminum in the Phoenix metro area?. Thanks and Happy new Year

i've used Brad's Deer valley (19th ave and deer valley..north phx) with great results for multiple nsx jobs. mostly chips, but one or two dings, and some minor body work. they remove the full panel each time they do work on it.

Acura of Tempe told me last week that they send their work to Campus Body Salon in Tempe. campusbodysalon.com

The main reason I stayed home last night was not to put my NSX at risk...

I've been there too for some minor body work. No complaints. make sure you pick up a calendar while you're there. my car's on there.

Be sure to post back here with results for posterity!

Hope your new year gets off to a better start after this minor setback. :)

Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about Scottsdale Paint and Body on Hayden & Mckellips (Formerly Sun Auto body) They are recommended by the Acura dealer and regularly work on aluminum bodied luxury cars.

The only place that I would go for body work is Elwood's Body Shop on McDowell near Hayden. The quality of their work is excellent, prices fair, and honest as the day is long. Even if you don't use them, stop in and take a look at the photos of the many cars that they have worked on, including the NSX.
